You will discover AdegaMãe. One of the best-kept secrets in Portugal today. In Torres Vedras, the West of Portugal, an entrepreneurial family that shares a deep passion for the land of their birth has realized the age-old dream of establishing a winery that celebrates the historical heritage of the region, strongly influenced by the culture of vineyards and wine. Built by the Alves family, founders of the Riberalves Group, AdegaMãe emerges as a tribute from men to the matriarch, Manuela Alves. Simultaneously, it serves as the inspiration for a space of birth, creation, aiming to enhance the best grapes and give rise to superior wines.

Located north of Lisbon and a stone's throw from the oceanic coast, AdegaMãe harnesses a terroir significantly influenced by prevailing maritime breezes, standing out for its wines of Atlantic inspiration—full of character, fresh, and mineral-rich. You will visit the vineyards, wine, barrique cellar, and expereince 6 wine tasting including tops range, accompanied with cheese, typical charcuterie and toasts. Then, lunch with typical portuguese food will be served from 1:00 p.m.

After Lunch, you will discover Quinta de Sant'ana at 3 p.m, located near the Tapada de Mafra, it dates back to 1633. Since then, it has passed through the hands of many owners from diverse backgrounds, but all with something in common: a fascination for this estate nestled among hills in the fertile Saloia region, where many goods were cultivated to feed the population of Lisbon. You will explore the vast expanse of 12-hectare vineyards, indulging in a 3km Tour through the Property, along the way, delight in several stops designed for a sensory experience, where you'll savor a curated selection of 6 wines thoughtfully paired with delectable canapés. This immersive experience is a harmonious blend of nature, craftsmanship and the artistry of winemaking.

After the experience, discover the medieval village of Óbidos from 6 p.m. The medieval village is one of the most picturesque and well-preserved in Portugal, prospered after being chosen by the royal family, King Dinis offered it to his wife, Queen Isabel in the 13th century, you will find a well-preserved castle within the walls and a maze of streets and white houses. You can enjoy a walking tour, or you can feel like you are in a fairy tale while having a ride in a horse carriage that will take you back in time. A magnificent day between Palaces, Wineries and medieval villages finishing with a classic toast of Óbidos Ginjinha.

Dinner will be served at Feitoria Restaurant from 9 p.m. Feitoria Restaurant & Wine Bar is an exclusive gourmet restaurant with signature cuisine, by Chef João Rodrigues where the best of Portuguese gastronomy opens up to the discovery of the most exotic cuisines in the world, preserving the authenticity of traditional flavors. The trip begins in an environment of maximum sophistication and comfort and is completed with an exhaustive selection of the best wines.

Feitoria Restaurant was awarded 1 Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide for Spain and Portugal between 2012 and 2015. At Feitoria Restaurant you will find a menu full of creative dishes, tasting menus created by Chef João Rodrigues: Land, Tradition and Travel. The Feitoria Restaurant also features a Wine Bar with several hundred carefully selected national and international wine references.
